Sales Effectiveness Assessment
This is a service designed to assess the effectiveness of the sales team.
Proactive Sales are able to utilise their experience of managing Customer Service and Field Sales teams to:
- Examine how the Field Sales force operates and how effectively they utilise their valuable time
- Examine the role of the Customer Service function in the sales process and how effectively the Field Sales team and Customer Service team work together to achieve the sales goals of the business
We always take the approach that if it’s not broken then don’t fix it. We would never recommend changes and adjustments that were not necessary.
More often than not, the sales process is working well to achieve those sales goals and the growth aspirations of the business, but a brief examination of the process can bring to light significant change opportunities for the better.
